Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation and control equipment. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Education Required:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Instrumentation & Control Engineering (ICE)
- OR ITI in Electronics / Instrumentation

Experience Required:
- Fresher to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and test industrial automation equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VFD, Servo, PLC, and HMI systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates and customer support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of reading and writing Tamil & English.
- Working knowledge of VFD (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Understanding of Servo Systems.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HMI operations.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations when required.
