Hydraulic Gear Pumps are vital components in hydraulic systems, designed to deliver consistent flow and reliable pressure across a wide range of industrial applications. They convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy with high efficiency, ensuring smooth operation, stable output, and dependable performance. Engineered with robust construction and precision-machined components, hydraulic gear pumps are suitable for continuous-duty operations in industrial machinery, mobile equipment, and automation systems. These pumps offer compact design, low noise levels, and excellent volumetric efficiency, making them ideal for both standard and high-performance hydraulic applications.
Available in multiple configurations and capacities, hydraulic gear pumps support demanding operating conditions while ensuring long service life, reduced maintenance, and optimized energy consumption.

EIPC3Eckerle has developed the EIPC industrial pump especially for use in injection moulding machine technology and for speed-regulated stationary hydraulic systems which are operated at constant pressures of up to 250 bar and where the cost factor plays an important role. Not only does it offer an excellent price/performance ratio, but also a long service life, low-noise operation and ease of combination to create multiple pumps. The Eckerle EIPC industrial pump can withstand high peak pressures of up to 320 bar.

GR47Very low pump pulsations reduce dramatically also vibrations with no dispersion of energy. Saving money respect to the more expensive traditional pumps such as piston pumps and internal gear pumps. Cost saving by eliminating second noise reduction measures. keeping the same external dimensions of gear pump, with no necessity to redesign the system in case of replacement.
