Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer – Automation Products to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the Kerala region. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand their automation requirements, offer technical expertise, and deliver customized solutions.
Education Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales engineering, preferably in automation or power supply products, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Industrial Automation products across Kerala.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and guidance on selection, application, and installation.
- Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations, addressing customer queries in detail.
- Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to support product improvements and campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automation products and their industrial applications, with troubleshooting capability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Location: Must be based in Kochi and willing to travel across the Kerala region.
