Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and multi-tasking Helper / Operations Assistant to support daily operational, warehouse, and basic administrative activities at our Coimbatore location. The role includes loading and unloading materials, managing store inventory, packing and labeling, assisting with administrative tasks, and handling cheque collection and basic payment follow-ups.

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Store Activities:
- Load and unload materials, products, or goods safely.
- Maintain store inventory and update stock movement details.
- Organize, label, and store materials systematically.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct periodic stock counting and support inventory audits.
Logistics & Field Work:
- Collect cheques from clients or vendors as assigned.
- Deposit cheques and payments in banks when required.
- Support delivery operations with documentation and coordination.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain basic records such as inward/outward registers, stock logs, and delivery challans.
- Assist in preparing invoices, delivery notes, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with the office for daily reporting and updates.
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry as required.
General Duties:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of reading and writing Tamil & English.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and move goods.
- Basic understanding of inventory records and documentation.
- Two-wheeler license preferred for field tasks such as cheque collection.
- Prior experience in warehouse, store, or administrative work will be an added advantage.
