Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote and expand our market presence in HT Panels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of geographical areas, new and upcoming project sites, and maintain a solid network with contractors and electrical contractors. The candidate will drive sales growth for our HT Panels by targeting both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for HT Panels.
- Identify and approach potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Focus on upcoming new projects and sites in relevant geographical areas.
- Leverage existing networks with contractors and electrical contractors to generate business.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales deals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.
Qualification:
- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HT Panels and electrical systems.
- Understanding of geographical areas and ability to track new/upcoming project sites.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of HT Panels, preferably with exposure to project-based sales.
