Job Overview

Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Application Engineer (CNC Router Controller Installation & Commissioning) with hands-on experience in Weihong NK105 G2/G3 controllers. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support for CNC router machines.

Education Required

Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of Weihong NK105 G2/G3 controllers
Electrical wiring verification, I/O mapping, and parameter setting
Servo and spindle drive setup and tuning
Machine startup, testing, and cycle run support
Coordination with mechanical teams during commissioning
On-site troubleshooting during warranty and service visits
Customer training on basic machine operation, if required
Preparation of commissioning and service reports

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Weihong NK105 G2/G3 controllers
Knowledge of CNC router machine electricals and wiring diagrams
Servo and spindle tuning experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel across India
