EX-20 for High-Efficiency Control

Ultra-compact Photoelectric Sensor, Miniature-sized and still mountable with M3 screws Miniature-sized and still mountable with M3 screws. Moreover, metal inserts have been provided in the mounting holes so that the product is not damaged even in case of excess tightening. The beam-receiving photodiode and the A/D conversion circuit have been fabricated on a single chip optical IC (full custom).
