Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer – Automation Products to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the Pune region. The role involves close interaction with customers to understand automation requirements and deliver customized, value-driven solutions.
Education Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.

- Experience: Minimum 1+ year in sales engineering, preferably in automation or power supply products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Industrial Automation products across the Pune region.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and guidance on product selection, application, and installation.
- Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations, addressing customer queries in detail.
- Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to support product improvements and campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automation products and their industrial applications, with troubleshooting capability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Location Requirement: Candidate must be based in Pune and willing to travel across the Pune region.
