• Understand staffing needs, create JD and develop recruitment plans.
• Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with specialized skills and qualifications for technical positions within a company.
• Utilize various recruiting techniques and tools to attract passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
