Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Coordinator (MDM – Master Data Management) to lead and manage SAP data migration projects across various modules, including SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP MM (Materials Management), and Master Data Management. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless execution of data migration activities, maintaining high standards of data integrity and accuracy while coordinating between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP data migration processes, Master Data Management principles, and a solid technical background in SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate SAP Data Migration: Oversee and manage the end-to-end SAP data migration process, ensuring accurate and timely execution across SAP FICO, SAP PP, SAP MM modules, and SAP Master Data Management.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth migration activities. Facilitate the transfer of data between systems and ensure successful implementation of migration strategies.
• Monitor Data Migration Activities: Track the progress of data migration projects, identifying and resolving issues proactively to ensure project milestones are met without disruption.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address any data migration issues promptly by troubleshooting and providing effective solutions. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migration activities.
• Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy: Verify and validate data during the migration process to ensure that it is transferred accurately and completely, maintaining the integrity of the migrated data.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of the data migration process, including planning, execution, and testing activities. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference.
• Data Migration Testing: Participate in testing and validation phases to ensure successful migration and integration into the SAP system.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on the status of data migration activities to leadership and relevant teams. Clearly communicate any challenges, risks, or issues that arise during the process.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• SAP Data Migration Experience: Proven experience in managing and coordinating SAP data migration projects, with a deep understanding of SAP migration processes and tools.
• Master Data Management: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles, ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and alignment of master data across SAP modules (FICO, PP, MM).
• Technical Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP PP, and SAP MM modules, including their data structures and integration points.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex data migration tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the data migration process.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being able to take ownership of tasks and ensure independent completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Data Services or other migration tools.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration processes.
• SAP certifications in FICO, PP, MM modules, or Master Data Management are a plus.
