Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and drive sales in the Industrial Networking and Computing sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting Advantech and Moxa products, fostering client relationships, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This position involves working closely with clients across industries such as Automotive, Power, Oil & Gas, Railway, Pharma, SPM, Marine, and Defense to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Industrial Networking and Computing sectors.
- Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within targeted industries.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across sectors including Automotive, Power, Oil & Gas, Railway, Pharma, SPM, Marine, and Defense.
- Product Promotion:
Promote Advantech and Moxa products effectively, showcasing their advantages and applications in relevant industries to potential clients.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical team to provide clients with tailored solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Sales Forecasting:
Prepare sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and refine sales strategies.
- Networking:
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, expanding professional networks and increasing visibility in the market.
- Training and Support:
Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product features, benefits, and applications to ensure optimal use of products.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the Industrial Networking and Computing sectors, with knowledge of IIOT, SCADA, and related technologies being highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of target industries (Automotive, Oil & Gas, Railway, Pharma, SPM, Marine, Defense) and their specific networking and computing needs.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Motivation:
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
